The room was comfy, provided with a comfortable bed. It met requirements. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Eurotunnel, and excellent cafe.

This location was perfect and brilliant, next to a large and excellent cafe opposite at Dobbies garden centre, a leisure park and restaurants, fast food outlets and cinema. The atmosphere created was comfortable.

The hotel had great staff who were helpful and friendly. The parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel was located close to the motorway, making it easy to access. We were also pleased to find that there were plenty of restaurants in the area, providing lots of options for dining.

Slow and unusable free wifi.

During our recent stay at Premier Inn, we were impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The free tea and coffee provided, as well as the toiletries in the bathroom, were a nice touch. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night, allowing us to have a restful sleep. The fact that the parking was free was also a bonus. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being only a 10-minute drive from the train station. we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

During our recent stay, we found the location around the hotel to be a bit of a construction site, but the parking was convenient on the retail park. the room was spotless and presented well, offering a great walk-in shower. the staff were pleasant, immediately resolving any issues, such as retuning the TV. the hotel also had ample free parking, which was a bonus considering it was a busy weekend.

The noise from other guests was a letdown, especially in the evenings when we were trying to sleep.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Another advantage was the excellent free parking with CCTV, which made me feel safe leaving my car there during my stay. the location was very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby such as a Beefeater restaurant for delicious breakfasts and a Dobbies garden centre for a lovely afternoon tea.
